CREC Women's Circle
CREC Women’s Circle Employee Network Group (ENG) is an employee network group (ENG) designed to uplift and empower all women at CREC. The Women’s Circle fosters personal and professional growth while promoting diversity, inclusion, and a strong sense of community.
The Problem
CREC established several employee-led ENGs to promote belonging, inclusivity, and diversity, but there is a notable gap: no ENG exists for all women employees. This absence leaves women without a unified platform to voice concerns, celebrate achievements, and address issues unique to their experiences.
-
No ENG for all Women
There were several other existing Employee Network Groups (ENGs), but not 1 group for ALL women. This gap meant women lacked a unified platform for addressing issues that affect all women.
-
Lack of Collective Space
Where all women could share challenges and successes, connect, share ideas, and feel a sense of belonging without judgement
-
Limited Visibility on Women Issues
There was limited visibility and awareness of women-centered issues, such as breast cancer and domestic violence, which could be addressed through initiatives like Women’s History Month events and campaigns highlighting these critical topics.
-
No Safe Forum
No safe, inclusive forum for discussing personal and professional concerns.

The Solution
As a result, CREC established the CREC Women’s Circle ENG, which has become a vital part of the organization, enhancing company culture and creating a community where all women feel seen, supported, and empowered
-
Empower All Women
Empower and support all women through programming, mentorship, networking, and volunteer activities.
-
Foster a Supportive Environment
Where all women could connect, share ideas, and feel a sense of belonging without judgement
-
Promote Diversity Goals
Promote CREC's diversity goals by elevating women's voices to leadership, enabling meaningful changes within the organization.
-

Through initiatives such as Women's History Month events and campaign addressing critical issues that affect women, like breast cancer and domestic violence.
